– For anyone who loves mashed potatoes
- 4 oz. of potatoes
- 4 oz. of celeriac
- 2 oz. of parsnips
- ¾ oz. of butter
- 2 tbsp. of boiling water (from the potatoes etc.)
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the vegetables and cut them into chunks.
- Boil them in water (no salt).
- When the vegetables feel tender pour out the water (into a bowl).
- Use a large fork to mash the vegetables and mix it with butter and boiling water so it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Add salt and pepper.
